Located at the base of Iron Mountain in Park City Utah, this building serves as a headquarters for the developers and sales team overseeing the The Colony, a high-end gated community with ski access to the resorts surrounding them in all directions. The space had not been updated since it was built in the 90's and needed a modern mountain over haul.
